The photographer was a soldier from 299. Artillerie Regiment. The picture was taken around 22nd - 24th of June 1941 (first actions of Barbarossa).
299 AR was as a part of ArmyGroup South at that time.
Among five Panzerjäger-Abteilungs equipped in Pzjgr I`s ONLY ONE was assigned to the ArmyGroup South (1st PanzerGroup) - the 670. Panzerjäger-Abteilung.
So this is very probable that this Pzjgr I is from this unit
