Help with u-boat crew...

Does anyone recognize this crew?

Judging from the age of the individuals they don't appear to be a U-boat crew (too old) although one wears a WW1 U-boat badge. Other badges seen are what appears to be three destroyer and on Minesweeper badge.

For me it's not an u-boat crew because only 27 sailors on this pics, only one officer ( Commander )...in bord on an u-boat, you have minimum 4 officers : Kommandant, 2 wachoffiziers and one Leitender Ingenieur, ( mechaniker officer )
nothing is writing on the back pf this picture ?
