Postcard Information Question

Hello All,

I saw a unsent postcard with this writing on the back and was wondering if anyone has encountered this before or if it is original. From what I gather it is sort of like recruiting language for those interested in wanting to be a officer or NCO and they would mail to the address on the right with their contact address.

What are your opinions on the below?

Hi,

this method was used by recruiters of the Wehrmacht & SS :
they gave away "normal" or propaganda postcards in which the address of the recruitment centre/their name was written, so volunteer may write to them asking for meeting/information.
This card is quite elaborated as a special note was typed on the postcard and a stamp of the recruiter/recruitment centre was added.
