SS SD Schule Bad Rabka document - Sturmbannführer signature

Any ideas on who may have signed this doc? The Stubaf. was either with the school or the Befehlshaber der SiPo und SD Krakau. It was issued to Adele Hendricks, who worked as a secretary at the school for SS Obersturmführer Wilhelm Rosenbaum. The other doc, I think, is signed by an Ostuf. named Hannige.

I'd treat these with caution and look at them very carefully. The Stubaf. signatures look 'drawn.'
