Nice picture. With Goering are:

(our left) - the later Generalfeldmarschall Albert Kesselring (1885-1960), famous Brillantenträger and Supreme Commander of the Wehrmacht during the Italian Campaign.

(our right) - Goering´s close friend (from the WWI days), Generaloberst Bruno Loerzer (1891-1960). He was a real fighter ace during WWI with 44 aerial victories, for what he won the Pour Le Merite.
