We fail to properly write the words in German !

I know this picture.

Hi, I already saw this particular picture.
Sold on Ebay few month ago for almost 100 bucks.
Not so sure about the connection between the german handwriting
on the back and the soldiers (maybe Gebirgsjäger) standing on the Rhône docks (and the "Hospices civils de Lyon" for landscape) .
Reason: Very difficult to date the document and verify.
Anybody could write his thoughts on the back / for example about the Vercors fights against the french resistance or any others events (pictures from the Vercors during 1944 are very seldom) ... Anyway it's a document to check carefully.
