Soldbuch opinions wanted

Hi I'm looking at a soldbuch and some other items on eBay. The seller has perfect feedback but is from Spain which makes me even more nervous. Please let me know what you think, I'm a newbie to collecting and two of my first items were fake so I'm doing what more knowledgable people told me to do and post it for y'all.

I didn't mean it in a derogatory sense. Just that there are a lot of fakes and more so in different countries. Thank you though, I appreciate your opinion.
