    Here is a rare hard to find one . It is a amber coverd and silver finished presentation copy of mein kampf . It is in the Rock Island Auction . Here is a picture of it.

                One in nicer condition (and also with the case) fetched 14,500 Euros at HH's auction today. Fees add another 23% (vs. 15 for RIA).

                  this item may not be the best weather-vane for the hobby as this book might also be of interest to rare book collectors , as opposed to ONLY militaria collectors.
                  With cross interest collectors after it, it may go higher than normal for militaria types.

                    I don't think anyone is forecasting the end of the "well-to-do" collector. Just the "Average Joe" collector".
