Strictly a guess, but maybe $100? There's a number of "MK" threads here, if you search through those you might find a few numbers.

Very nice edition of Mein Kampf! Here's a photo I own showing the bookshop this copy was sold at. If you wish you can print off a copy of this photo and put it in your book. Might increase the value? Perhaps someone in this crowd walked into the bookshop that day and bought the copy you own. You never know!
