Tram ticket?

Hope you can help & apologies if this isn't the correct part of the forum for this thread.

I recently purchased a 1940 dated German Greatcoat and tucked into one of the cuffs was what I think is a tram ticket? Is this correct or am I completely wrong?

I would appreciate any information you can provide.

It is pre 1945 the currency in Reichspfennig. You have to be careful with these if you have a questionable item. They sell these on German Ebay and they are put in a pocket of a fake to tunic sometimes to make things look more interesting.

Reichspfennig and Reichsmark was the German currency til the German currency Reform 21. 07. 1948.

So the ticket could also be dated from from 1948 or earlier.
