Chinese in the Wehrmacht

Does anybody know how many Chinese where in the Wehrmacht besides of Chiang Wei-Kuo and Yang Kyoungyong ?? Can anybody read the handwriting on the pic posted ??

Hi Tom,
superb that you know about that. Obviously not such a common subject. You have any numbers or more information ? Because in the net is not much about it other then Chiang Wei-Kuo . They talk much about other nationalities but not chinese.
