Wound Badge Document

Hi guys,

I bought this Black Wound Badge document at the SOS this past weekend. I bought it because it is a less seen variation, plus the 8. Juni 1944 caught my attention. I'm not sure if this is Normandy-related, though.

It's possible, amongst other units Gren. Ers. und Ausb. Btl. 36 was a depot unit for the 346 Inf.Div. which was on the Normandy coast june 44. Though it also provided replacements for other units as well. More research would be needed to find this guys field unit.
