I now bought this the set,I can that not cohesive pieces but I interested that the document is alright have or not?

what do you think about it ?

I saw this one when it was listed. It's likely a heavy wound award to a soldier who took a major hit will fighting with Army Group North. His award came from his home Wehrkreis while he was recovering back in Germany.
