You know those elongated horizontal telescope/binoculars that staff officers are sometimes seen looking through?

Not sure what the item is but the belt is interesting. Must be one of the rare 250 round "fortress belts" - that or the empty belt is one round away from disconnecting from the full belt. Nice photo!
