art seal need help

hi there my dad has recieved this seal and we dont know anything about it we would really love to know what its worth and what it is because my dads not really intrested in it because he got it in a job lot of other items and wants to sell it to put the money towardsss other gemran ww2 items thaks for taking the time to look

Worth? Dunno. If somebody gave it to you, put a price on it. But you can't sell it here on the open forum. You have to put it in the e-stand.

i no its a art seal but is it rare or not ? my father recieve it but hes old and doesnt use a computer so he asks me to use it to ask his questions for him i dont want to sell it on this post just wanted to know its worth and a bit more indepth info on thew item thank you hank for your advice
