These are called "Obladen-bildchen", they are meant to be added into diaries, or adress-books by comrades, with poems of friendship or so.

This is right , also called or in Germany better known as " Tauschbilder "

( a hobby mainly for kids in the further years and older persons as Grand Sasso wrote .)
