Gent walked in with some pics this morning, one being a photo of Rommel in the field, interesting shot with some officers, can anyone Id them? The other photos were from the father of his wife who landed at Pegasus Bridge, im waiting to she if she brings in more gear she might want to sell.

its taken from rommel visit to 21 panzer division in normandy. with him is generalleutnant edgar feuchtinger, divisionskommandeur, while the one with stug wrap is commander of panzerjäger abteilung of the division

That would be Major Becker - He commanded PzJager Btl. 200 made up of converted French vehicles. He designed and built the vehicles near Paris and commanded the unit in the early Normandy fighting. Very interesting story, He is mentioned in Hans Von Luck's memoirs.
