SS Sturmmann AUSWEIS

Hi all:
Please let me know what you think of this SS Ausweis. Any background on the purpose of an Ausweis AND the various components would be appreciated. Also, any thoughts as to VALUE. I'm assuming that the HIMMLER signature is a facsimilie (common to all such documents).

Sorry to say that it is a postwar reproduction.

Wrong paper to begin with, and the rest on it : photo, stamps, paper-tag, and staples are bad ones.
