I am thinking dud also, I have only seen colored versions of this my favorite air raid poster however by no means have I seen it all!

I have had a copy of this hanging over my sons bedroom light switch since he was about 5 years old to remind him to shut off the lights when walking out, he is 16 now and it still hangs there.
