EK2 and Sturmabzeichen document

What are your feelings or thoughts about these two documents? I have not bought them yet because I want like to hear more from you guys!

The EK2 document is signed by GM Walter Steinmüller who was commander of 346. Inf.-Div. I found out that Res. MG-Btl.14 was in the same region as the 346. Inf-Div. was in October 1944 (being in either France or Belgium as reserve under 15. Armee). I do find it strange or uncommon that the EK2 was awarded just one day before the Sturmabzeichen was. Look at the dates - EK2 dated 10.10.1944 and Sturmabzeichen 11.10.1944. Next to that fact, the units are also different...

They look fine to me, the way October is typed on the EKII is a little unusual but not suspicious. The dates are fine too, probably both decorations were awarded for the same actions with the paperwork for each taking different paths up and down the chain of command resulting in the two different award dates. Having a Leutnant as Btl. Führer is also a little unusual, a very junior rank but the fact that it's führer and not kommandeur is a good sign.
The units are actually the same. The nachrichten zug would have been part of the btl. stab or stabs kompanie.

Do you have an idea in what kind of price range these documents vary? I have to name a price towards the seller but I have no real idea...
