Are these men Wehrmacht? I do not see any insignia on the two soldiers standing and the funeral sash is not marked. Thanks

The farther sword looks very much like a cossack shashka, if that helps.

Is there an inscription behind your watermark? Also the nearer soldier has an Asiatic appearance and may be shouldering a dragoon sabre.

Thank you guys for the very helpful information! No, there isn't any inscription behind the watermark. So you think these men were Cossacks that fought with the Germans on the Eastern Front? Was it normal for them to not wear any Third Reich insignia?
