hmm you wonder how closely these resemble the 'Baedeker ' guides to London like the German maps of France which where lifted from Michelin Guides

I remember reading an article by a Limp Wrist on when the HJ were on their bicycle tours of the Uk claiming they were sent there to spy. He claimed the HJ were given the order to make maps and gather other intel and so on. Such BS lol...Every inch of the UK had been mapped and re-mapped and re-mapped with local information recorded well before the era of the Third Reich.
