This is a postwar reprint example.
The original card was printed in color on a relatively thin calipre stock. 'the original card is not a rare item.

The color example you show appears to be an original card subject to the caveat that I am not able to hold it in my hands and compare it side by side with known originals from my personal collection.

Hi,
the "Polizei Im Fronteinsatz" was printed to hundred of thousand copies, you can find it in european stores/auctions from 10 to 20 Euros usually.
Many are for sale on Delcampe, imo you should not pay more than 15-17 Euros, shipping included.
I never found a color counterfeit of it yet, and the thin (low quality) paper is quite remarkable.
