Here are some photos of two award documents you don't see every day!
First class olympic order 1936 Olympics, less than 800 recipients, medals are scarce, documents are even more rare. Even Wolfe and Hardin didn't have one of these for sale when I called them looking for one!
Next is a german cross in gold formal document to a Uboat crewman, who ended the war in Japan. Survived the war while serving on two uboats! Even got photos of him being awarded the German cross and ships cruise info detailing all ships sunk by the boats he was serving on.

Unfortunately, the Dönitz signature is a fake. It is a pity that someone destroyed this doc by faking Dönitz´s sig.

You are mistaken about the signature, it is original , and was approved by several at the max show, as well as the signature expert from pawn stars, and I don't mean mr. G. Unless your able to back up your statement with facts, I would watch making blanket statements here.
