Cross in Gold docs

How rare is it to own a formal and prelim doc for the German cross in Gold to a Knight's cross with oaks winner? I've seen many of one or the other but not together.

Scott summed up the point perfectly.
535 OL holders were awarded the DKiG, the breakdown being as follows : 11 for KM, 56 for WSS, 186 for LW and and 282 for WH.
