Hi!

Unfortunately it can't be Guderian, because he received his RK in 1939 as a General der Panzertruppe. The pictured RKT is not of General rank.

I guess the guy with his back towards us wears a black panzer beret. because they became obsolete in the beginning of the war, my guess is this pic was taken in France.
