Unknown uniform and combination SS

hI. Found this photo and dont know what is this soldier. Have black cap with ss eagle and deadhead, S buckle ( DJ or HJ) , strange uniform ...Police or ? Any help welcome .

Hello.

He looks like he is a member of the Schutzmannschaft (auxiliary police) to me.

They used surplus SS allegemeine clothing with collars and cuffs coloured in blue or green.

I can't say I've seen a member with the deaths head on his cap before though ....

Typical early Schuma uniform with a reworked ASS jacket with colour flaps added .
They wore so many variations of uniforms ,especially with the early black uniforms .
