Hitler and Goring parade photo

A friend of mine gave me this for a great price and thought I would show it.

I want to say that this is Wilhelm Keitel to the left of Goring but I could be wrong.

Anybody know where and when this would've been taken?

out of step , they don't march?

They really don't march. As the text says: "auf dem Weg zum Ehrenmal" - on the way to the

memorial. So they should not "march".

The building is still existing in Berlin: "Zeughaus" today "Deutsches Historisches Museum"

Actually, the Ehrenmal is the Neue Wache designed by Schinkel. It's located next to the Zeughaus. In the picture posted above Hitelr, etc are walking past the Zeughaus entrance. Here are some additional images.
