Who are the others besides Paul Senghas ?

I agree about Senghas. The man presenting the award doesn't look like Wiking commander Karl Ullrich. However, I have a photo of him wearing what looks to be the same leather coat, and it would make sense for him to be the one decorating Senghas with the RK. I don't know who the man with the glasses is, but he might be a war correspondent.
