SS Standartenführer Wiking ID help needed

This Standartenführer was in the 5th SS Panzerdivision Wiking ( That i know 100%). The information i have he was aviously the Division Doctor. This picture must have been taken between 1943 to 1945. I would appreciate your help on identyfying him.

[I]Could be [I] Dr Gerd UNBEHAUN.
He was promoted June 1943 to Oberführer, so your picture (if it is him) predates Jun 1943 ....

As You mentionned WIKING and "Div. Dr" this is the only name that came up with the correct rank ...

He (UNBEHAUN) was the Divisional Dr. from 1942 - 1944 (1945?)
So my guess, if you're correct with your data, it's him

Hi Peter,
thanks for your effort. I will meet the vet next week again and ask him. He just could not remember the name (he´s almost 90 years old). But i am sure if i tell him the name he´ll remember.

According to the vet it is not Gerd Unbehaun. He still tries to remember the name but until now without success.

It could be Dr. Ernst Wille, who commanded SS-Sanits Abt. 5 during 1943 as an Ostubaf. During 1944 he was promoted to Staf. and commanded the SS-Lazarett Gaya. All my info on him comes from john Moore's Fuehrerliste, including that he was born on august 8, 1904, which makes him about the right age.
