The writing on the side includes the word "Sh@t" lol. What is this they are posing with and what does the statement mean? Thanks.

Just a guess but I would say some sort of 'tar' spreader for road work.

My other guess it is a night-soil collector

It really contains a mixture of cow´s sxxt and pxe - the mixture would be spread out on the fields, help growing corn, wheat, etc.
