One of my max show finds, a very scarce award document for the Olympic Games decoration first class. Only 767 awarded, usually to general rank or higher, and civilians of very high positions in various diplomatic or government office.
Just how rare? A couple years ago I called every major dealer including Wolfe and Hardin ( who usually have everything ), and even they had no idea where I could find one.
This one was just sitting on a table in the big room to the left when you walked in the loading dock doors. You just have to get to a max show and look while walking up and down the many rows,,,,it was on my way out that I spotted it on the first day.
Now starts the research on who this minister director may have been, any input on his identity is greatly appreciated and thanks for looking. Mike
