In the "Panzer-Archiv" I found this dealing with Kampfgruppe Marienburg 1945:

"Oberst Karl Brassert hat ja am 21.01.1945 das Kommando über die Festung Marienburg bzw. über die Kampfgruppe Marienburg übernommen"

It could be his signature on you document.

"STPMPEL??" Is it likely that the word for "Stamp" -- STEMPEL -- would be mis-spelled on such a document?
