George Von Freiedrich with Adolf Hitler book plate

I was looking to see if anyone would venture any opinions on if this book plate is real or not. My feeling says that the age and condition of the paper on the plate matches the book. There is also a hand written poem on the opposite page which does not seem relevant but I wanted to get your opinions on the book plate.

Hard to say for sure. What is the poem about? Does it have any relevance to Hitler or the party in general? I would think its subject matter would be a good indication whether this book was meant for Hitler or not.
