Destroyed Tank ID Assistance....

While I'm leaning towards thinking this is / was a pre-war Soviet Monster of some type (interestingly, with very German looking tracks), can anyone make a positive ID on this scrap heap ???

*** Note the (at least) seven graves in the right background...the deceased crewmen from this Monster ???

IMHO it's a T28 (3 turrets only, exhaust on top of motor hood).
