    Can anybody translate this?

    Hi all,

I'm wondering if anybody can translate this. I've had to re-type the text (in a hurry) as I cannot get access to the original document due to it being framed.

Here is the text (please excuse any mistakes):

I've tried using online translation tools, and get a rough version, but there are some words, which do not come up in the translation engines.

    Any help would be appreciated.

If I can get a picture of the original letter, I'll post it.

    Thanks.

    Mark.

We try again guys ... here we go

May i send you today the EKII which was awarded on 5.4.43 to your wounded son Gefr. Adolf Bixel.
I am glad that your son is honoured for his fearlessness shown exemplary in the defense of a russian reconnaissance patrol.
I do not know the address of the military hospital yet. Would you please be so kind to send the Award and the award document to the responsible chief doctor, so that the stuff could be overhanded to your son in a conformable form.
        <o =""></o>I wish your son a quick convalescence<o =""></o>
        Yours sincerely <o =""></o>

            Excellent, thanks Ostmark.

I tried using Google but the results were less than brilliant (it gave a rough idea).

            Did you actually translate it?

And, does it actually say 'Stuff'?

            Thanks again,

            Mark.

<!--StartFragment --> For translation from german to english i use this one http://dict.leo.org/?search

My native language is german and my english speaking skill is not so bad, so for me its not very difficult to translate from german to english

              Does it say stuff ?

              Well i translated this sentence:
"damit sie ihrem Sohn in entsprechender Form überreicht werden kann" ... the word "sie" means here the Award and
the document...i translated it as stuff, you could also say "so that the Award and document could be overhanded ..."

              Regards
              Herbert
