Trying to identify these men

Hello all! I am trying to ascertain if these me would of had anything to do with the National Socialists or if this is much earlier. I'd appreciate any input on this. Thanks everyone for your help!

For 98% I would say: Stahlhelm - Bund der Frontsoldaten. Photo is speculated before or about 1929.
