SS HFA Diploma... Need your help

Hello gents,

A friend of mine bought this piece recently, and asked me for advice.



I said him it was a fake, for the following reasons : (very evident ones)

- Date (Mai 1943) is before the GvB formation (but it could be a typo mistake for Mai 44)
- Name of the unit is totally bogus for me... Supposed to be Flak, but there is not 12. Batterie in the GvB. Also the writing is not very "german".
- Signature : The grade does not seems to match the dates... Ostendorff is not Gruppenführer at this date... (Mai 43 or 44). But there is a try in the signature...
-Paper : Am I alone to think that it can be a page torn of a book to make the paper looking old ?

So my final question : is the fact that it is a "Vorläufiges Besitzzeugnis" could "allow" all these mistakes ? Or can I say definitely to my friend this paper is a fantasy piece ? (This question because I prefer to have more than my advice on this)
