Any idea who this is? It looks like Krvt Kpt Kahle on the back but I can't find any reference to anyone by that name.

Well the photo does clearly say 11 L-Flottille on the back and that flotilla was commanded by a K.Kpt Paul Kahle who was killed on land august or sept 44.
