EK2 award: who did sign it?

Hello guys,
I got recently a lot ( soldbuch + 2 awards ) of Afrika-Brigade 999 member but I'm not be able to recognize who signed the EK2 award in 1944 when he was in 15.Panzergrenadier-Division. Could anyone help me? Thanks in advance
