I think I made my first antique store find! A map, opinions?

There seems to be a shortage of TR era military items in flea markets/antique stores around Calgary, but I think I finally found something. Take a look at this map and let me know what you think?

And lastly, the map date. I passes the black light test and has that beautiful old smell to it. Not sure how to place it though. Military map? store bought privat map? any suggestions appreciated.

That's a store bought private map (note the price on it). Always interesting though, seeing how much our borders have changed since then.
