Are you thinking of buying, or selling? What's the pedigree (provenance) on it? I don't know a lot about these - to be honest - but my initial reaction is the writing looks too new, and not quite right.
Hopefully others with more knowledge than me will speak up.

It is a registration document and original. You have luck, because mostly, the Reichsführer-SS stamp was cut out. Congratulation !Comment
