Very interesting, thank you! Concerning date of issue, were talking about may '45?

I would certainly think late April/early May.

I may well have to recant on this later, but in my opinion 6/1945 was printed in early April. This assumption is based on the observations that the language editions for 6/1945 were agreed upon on 1 March, and that some time must be allowed for 7/1945, which probably was also still printed.
