I just bought this document.
Captain... Berlin... April 20.... Sounds too good to be true
What do you think about this urkunde?

20th April was one of the 3 mass award dates a year for the KVK.

Seems like he wasn't found at fault for the loss of the ship and perhaps the KVKII was in recognition of successfully rescuing the whole crew and some equipment before the ship went down.
