What would have been inside this envelope? It is a large size measuring 18 x 26 cm.

Sorry that I can't tell you exactly what the contents of this envelope were or even may have been, but it is a printed piece which would indicate that this means was used for regular correspondence of the same-sized material...perhaps weekly, monthly, ?? Perhaps regular reports? The enclosed material was sent from the Propaganda Office of the State of Württemberg at Stuttgart via official governmental mail to its headquarters office in Berlin located across the street from the Reichschancellery. The contents were intended for the attention of Dr. Goebbels, though they would have been reviewed and processed by the relevant department(s) of the Reichsministry for Public Enlightenment and Propaganda.
