    help with a paper item

    Hello guys, I was hoping I could get some insight on this paper item. Its Stamped "dr. Lothar wiener" and signed by ??? on the back. any ideas on the signature? Is it some type of food pass or prescription?

    It is a ration coupon card for the doctor named from mid-Dec. 1942 to mid-Jan. '43.
