A personal favourite of mine, Fallschirmjager RKT Dr Bruno Sassen.

          Regards Richard.

Always looking for Luftwaffe Kampfflieger related document groups. In particular anything to Kampfgeschwader 2.

Unknown RKT from a 9 Panzer Division album.

I thought it might be Walter Baessler but I'm not so sure.

I would say the most likely 9 pz kmdr candidate would be Walter Sheller.

                Cheers

I've posted this one before. Thought it worthy of showing again. The back has written:

Dir mein lieben Hasilein als lieber Andenken. Dein Horst

translated kindly by a fellow member as:

To my loving "Hasilein" as a loving remembrance. Yours Horst.

I've no idea who it is but have gotten suggestions of Georg Jauernik, Horst Quednau, and the most likely contender as, Horst Müller from the KG 76.

Any thoughts and supporting photos would be appreciated!

                  Tony

I know who it is. It is Wilhelm Osterhold, later on he received the Knight's cross of the iron cross.

Nice photo of Kreimair by the way.

                      Best regards/ Daniel
