Here are a few docs to a soldier who served as a driver. I guess busy time in brünn (Brno, Czech Republic) mid -44.

The KvK II Kl is signed by Eduard Wagner who drew up regulations to ensure army cooperation with the Einsatzgruppen in murdering Jews in Russia and also drew up regulations to allow units to murder Polish hostages in the 1939 invasion to break resistance.
He was ultimately linked to the 20th July 1944 plot to kill Hitler by providing the aircraft that flew von Stauffenberg back to Berlin from Rastenburg and committed suicide. No doubt if he had of survived the war his life would of ended in 1946 anyway after the Nuremburg trials.
