"Vor der Kartziger Kirche" = in front of the church of Kartzig.

That meant the protestantic church in the small village of Kartzig in the former district of Naugard in Pomerania (Pommern).

Your translation is wrong.it says '' vor der Kastziger ? Kirche''. And that would mean ''In front of the Kastziger? church''.
Can't find Kastziger but the photo was printed in Naugard , in the former Pommern part of Germany.
