Couple Postacard Finds -German Translation Anyone?

I found a few WW2 pieces of ephemera over the weekend. I know nothing about them. I figured they were worth the $5 I paid for the pair. Can anyone tell me anything about them? Or maybe translate the writing on the backs? Here are the photos-

You may have to open images in a new window to expand them large enough to read. I think the first one has something to do with a muster call, eyeglasses and being punished if your hair isn't cut and clean? Also, any signatures look familiar? Any help or information would be much appreciated.

The first one is an order to report at certain time/place for induction. In smaller print it gives details on what to bring with.

Second one (condensed translation) is a quick note apologizing for not being able to write before he was shipped out. He asks how others are doing, among other things. And greets everybody in closing.

Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

Okay thanks. Nothing special then. I got a bunch of stamps too. I know nothing about them though. They range from pre war German states to post war GDR and everything in between.

        Also got this booklet.
